At Venzalune, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original tags and packaging
• Free from stains, odours, makeup or damage

To begin a return, contact us at bodajhi_delcos@outlook.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us. The return address will be provided privately after your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video of the product

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personal-use accessories cannot be returned for change of mind. Gift cards and products marked as final sale may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

These exclusions do not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
